Large, versatile treatment rooms including a training or large group space. Also available for retreat day bookings and sound baths.
Our Winchester spa opened in 2020 and had a substantial client base. We specialise in advanced facials, massage and spa days. With a beautiful large relaxation room that will be available to your clients as well as a spacious reception and retail area.
Our online booking system and a listing on our website are included in the rental, as is use of our full time receptionist.
We have an infrared sauna which is a lovely addition to your appointments and we can offer your clients 10% off this service.
We have a large mailing list and will share regular updates on your services in our mail shots.
You will have access to a treatment room with a massage couch, consulting chairs and desk. You can also utilise our relaxation area and receptionist with reception area. The room can be rented on a daily/hourly basis.
Ideal for various types of therapies, we have a couple room choices which can be made to suit your individual requirements depending on usage. Please just ask and we can discuss.

Room Capacity
Room 1: Beech – Single treatment room or therapy room for practitioner and 1 client
Room 2: Redwood – large double treatment room that is a good size for workshops, groups and training. Can fit 3 couches and seat a group. Can also suit sound baths, reiki shares etc. Could also suit talking therapies for 2 clients
Room 3: Willow – Room with 2 massage couches, ideal for treatment based therapies. Less suited to talking therapies.
Room 4: New room – coming soon – Talking therapies room. No treatment couch but space for several clients in comfy chairs.
Prices
– Minimum requirement 10 hours per month (£100)
– Minimum daily requirement – 2 hours
– Hours thereafter charged at £10 per hour
– More than 50 hours per month – all hours charged at £8.50 per hour
– Large room (Redwood) rental for group sessions/workshops/sound baths £17.50 an hour (discount for full day: see below in training space rental)

Training Space to Rent in Winchester
Our large treatment room is well suited to a training space, with 2 or 3 massage beds and seating, the room is ideal for training groups of 6-9 learners. Use of kitchen facilities, toilets and our relaxation room for lunch are included (participants or trainer to organise food).
£150 per day (Available Sundays-Thursdays)
Retreat Day Location to Rent in Winchester
Our space is well suited to hosting day retreats. Our large treatment room can be used for sound baths/meditation and our relaxation room is ideal for coaching/journaling sessions.
Retreat day rental includes a full day (between 9am and 8pm) in Redwood, our largest room and 3 hours in our relaxation room fro lunch, refreshments and a coaching session. Use of kitchen facilities and toilets are included (retreat organiser to organise food). Our infrared sauna can be booked at £7.50 per head (worth £15 which can be added to the retreat day price accordingly). Guests are also welcome to book treatments during their day, if this suits your timetable.
