Redolent of lazy beach sunsets and zesty cocktails, the yuzu, beetroot & watermelon body crush is used for a full body exfoliation. Japanese yuzu gives a fragrant citrus edge to the burst of watermelon – suspended in a pink beetroot flecked haze. Beetroot delivers skin protecting antioxidants, protecting from harmful free radicals. A rich source of iron and vitamins, it will purify skin, leaving it bright and glowing. Follow with a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage to release achy muscles and unwind tired minds. Using our frangipani massage candle to remind you of tropical beaches. To finish, a Japanese head spa for pure relaxation and shiny hair and healthy scalp.

Begin your journey with a full body exfoliation to smooth the skin with a coconut and lychee salt scrub. Cocoon in a wrap to fortify the skin and whilst enveloped float away with a scalp massage to unwind tired minds. Once the mud is showered off, hydrate the skin with a full body signature massage using a Manoi and frangipani oil. Our signature massage uses advanced techniques and gentle stretching to release tensions in the body.
Finish with our Dermalogica Pro Calm Facial to soothe and strengthen sensitive skin. Soothing botanical actives provide relief, while lymphatic drainage and pressure point massage help calm a stressed nervous system. Begin with a coconut and lychee body scrub to exfoliate. Coconut retains the moisture content of the skin and is idea for sensitive skins. Lychee is rich in enzymes, which eliminate dead skin cells. To follow a full body deep tissue massage to limber up, increase flexibility and address aching muscles. The massage uses a Manoi and frangipani oil: The scent of a tropical Island.

With an emphasis on wellbeing, a journey designed to help those going through the menopause with essential oils to soothe, balance and restore calm and a facial to cool hot flushes, calm redness and sensitivity and hydrate dry skin. Begin with a full body massage using our in-house blended embrace oil, which draws on the powers of lavender, clary sage and geranium. Lavender improves sleep quality, is calming and balances hormones, clary sage has been shown to help with hot flushes and geranium uplifts the spirit. During the massage, we work on Thai massage points on the foot to balance hormones. Attention then turns to the face using the Dermalogica ultracalming range to cool and refresh the skin, relieve redness, whilst hydrating the skin. During your facial, float away with a scalp massage.

Lucy will use her favourite self-blended geranium and sweet orange oil, created for this treatment alone. She will begin with a warm lava shell back massage to soothe the senses and eliminate aches and pains. Moving to the face, she will provide a Pro60 facial, using Dermalogica products totally tailored to your skins needs. Enjoy a hand and arm massage whilst the masque works its magic. Finally indulge in a reflexology session to balance and restore the body and mind.

Poppy finishes the ritual with one of her passions, reflexology. Using points on the feet, the treatment rebalances the body’s hormonal and energy systems to maintain natural equilibrium. Olivia will treat you to a relaxing Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage using our luxurious honey candle. The back massage will help to release tension in the back, and unwind tired minds, whilst the warmth of the honey candle will help to relax the muscles, and the scent of the candle will relax the mind. Olivia will then turn her attention to the face where she will perform our CACI microdermabrasion facial; A combination of red and blue LED light therapy, deep cleansing and skin exfoliation techniques are used to effectively brighten and even your skin tone. Orbital Microdermabrasion is a precision skin exfoliation procedure that diminishes fine lines and imperfections to achieve a smoother and more radiant looking complexion. Once Olivia has applied the hydromask to smooth and soften fine lines and wrinkles, she will carry out a divine scalp massage.
