At Vita Skin Spa, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

  • If you have a pre-sales or technical query, do not hesitate to contact us on the details below. If you have a faulty product we are happy to exchange or refund you in accordance to  our refund policy detailed below.
  • If after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.

Our policy offers an exchange of a faulty item within its warranty period (normally 12 months) or a full refund within 14 days of your date of original purchase. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the items to us, items should be returned to the address below, this can be via post or dropped off at the spa within opening hours.

We will only accept refund returns if they are undamaged and in their original packaging. The 14 day refund policy is not applicable for gift vouchers which are non-refundable as they are personalised.

We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request. However, you are not obliged to tell us why you wish to return your items by law.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods back.

Terms of Service – Subscriptions

Upon completing the signup process, you will receive an email from us through Stripe, confirming that your initial payment has been received. Please note, however, that this does not indicate that your subscription has been approved. Your subscription represents an offer to us to provide treatments by subscribing to our Service. Once approved your subscription begins.

Our subscription plans include an initial payment followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed upon by you. By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge that your subscription involves both an initial and ongoing payment structure, and you accept responsibility for all subsequent charges until you cancel. Vita Skin and Hair Spa Group Ltd may process periodic payments (such as monthly or yearly) without requiring further approval from you, until you notify us of your intent to cancel or change your payment method, which you can do via the customer portal or contacting us. Please note that such cancellations or changes will not impact any charges that have already been processed. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay for ongoing periodic subscriptions indefinitely, until you choose to cancel, based on the terms set out in the application form you completed. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without incurring cancellation fees. You may re-subscribe at any time after cancellation, but we reserve the right to refuse re-subscription if we have previously chosen to terminate your subscription. Annual Loyalty memberships are charged automatically on the anniversary of their commencement unless you have changed or cancelled your membership at least 7 days beforehand. You will receive an automated friendly reminders 3 days before being charged for any subscription renewal.

Subscription Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you must do so at least 7 days before your next payment is due, to avoid receiving the next month’s charge. If you cancel after the payment has been processed, you will still receive the upcoming month’s treatment as your final one, your subscription will then end after that month.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to renew your subscription at any time, and we are not obligated to provide any explanation for our decision.

Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you within 24 hours and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment and shipping cost. 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. (Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays).

E-vouchers are normally dispatched/sent to the email provided within 24 hours, these are not automatically generated by the system, so are not instant. If you haven’t received your voucher please check your ‘junk folder’ before contacting us.

Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at the below address within 48 hours.

Privacy policy

Who we are:
Vita Skin Spa is the data processor controller for the purposes of the GDPR act 2018.
Our Privacy policy gives details of what information we collect from you, what we do with it and who it might be shared with. Vita Skin Spa only collect information necessary for us to carry out services offered at our spa.

Why do we collect this information:
We collect personal data which you enter onto an online or electronic form (via jotform.com or our premier software diary system) on an electronic device such as an ipad/tablet/phone. This data is sent directly to a secure database (Highrise.com – CRM) and is kept on file. This information is kept until you ask us to remove it or for three years whichever is sooner. We require this information to understand your needs and requests for our services. Your information may be stored in our CRM system for internal record keeping. From time to time we may also use your information to provide you with details of any special offers of other information that we think may be of interest to you providing you have given us permission to do so. If you have subscribed to our email newsletter then your information is stored within ‘Mailchimp.co.uk’ secure database, this information is used for direct emails only for offers, news, events, etc.

Who might we share this information with:
We do not share your information with any 3rd party.

Controlling your personal information:
When you are completing any forms on our website or electronic devices you will be asked whether you wish your information to be used for marketing, information only or both. Information will include a reminder being sent for any appointments that you have made by email or text, you may opt out of these services if you wish. In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller buyer and if Vita Skin Spa sells substantially all its assets customer personal data will be one of the assets transferred.

Access to your personal data:
You may request details of any information we may hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. We will remove your information at no charge within 30 days of your request.

How long do we keep your data:
We will keep your data as long as you are using our services but no longer than 3 years if you have ceased to use them. You can notify us at anytime if you wish us to remove your data by contacting us via the above details. We keep data regarding a purchase made online for 12 months after you enter your contract with us to purchase an item. This contract starts once you receive delivery of the product and are happy with it.

What are your rights:
If at anytime you believe the data we hold about you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data please contact us at info@vitaskinspa.co.uk and the matter will be investigated. If you are not satisfied with our response or you believe we are processing your data in a manner that is not in accordance with the law you may complain to the Information Commissioners Office at ico.org.uk.
