This seated masssage over clothes is a great quick addition to another treatment. Using warm lava shells to relieve aches and pains. Your therapist can adapt this to include deept tissue techniques or to be more relaxing.

I booked treatments with afternoon tea for me, my friend and her daughter. The staff were lovely, very welcoming. We started with a sauna followed by our treatments, two facials and a massage which were wonderful. We were all feeling very relaxed after. We then had a delicious afternoon tea with sweet and savoury treats. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience, thank you ladies at Vita Skin Spa!
