With an emphasis on wellbeing, a journey designed to help those going through the menopause with essential oils to soothe, balance and restore calm and a facial to cool hot flushes, calm redness and sensitivity and hydrate dry skin. Begin with a full body massage using our in-house blended embrace oil, which draws on the powers of lavender, clary sage and geranium. Lavender improves sleep quality, is calming and balances hormones, clary sage has been shown to help with hot flushes and geranium uplifts the spirit. During the massage, we work on Thai massage points on the foot to balance hormones. Attention then turns to the face using the Dermalogica ultracalming range to cool and refresh the skin, relieve redness, whilst hydrating the skin. During your facial, float away with a scalp massage.

Olivia will treat you to a relaxing Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage using our luxurious honey candle. The back massage will help to release tension in the back, and unwind tired minds, whilst the warmth of the honey candle will help to relax the muscles, and the scent of the candle will relax the mind. Olivia will then turn her attention to the face where she will perform our CACI microdermabrasion facial; A combination of red and blue LED light therapy, deep cleansing and skin exfoliation techniques are used to effectively brighten and even your skin tone. Orbital Microdermabrasion is a precision skin exfoliation procedure that diminishes fine lines and imperfections to achieve a smoother and more radiant looking complexion. Once Olivia has applied the hydromask to smooth and soften fine lines and wrinkles, she will carry out a divine scalp massage.
