• Step 1: Run a bath and place a bath truffle under the running water.
• Step 2: You will receive a download link to your ‘Tranquillity Sound – Relax Your Mind’ MP3 music download which you can have unlimited use of. This music was developed by Comfort Zone to induce deep relaxation and promote sleep. We recommend you play this during your ritual.
• Step 3: Use your Tranquility shower cream to begin your ritual.
• Step 4: Apply your body scrub and massage in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.
• Step 5: Put on your divine eyes self heating mask and relax for 15 minutes. (try not to get the mask wet).
• Step 6: Once you come out of the bath and are dry, massage your Tranquility body oil into your legs and your Tranquility body cream over the rest of your body.
• Step 7: Apply some of the Tranquility blend onto your Comfort Zone bracelet and pop your bracelet on your wrist. You can then take some deep breaths with the Tranquility scent throughout the day and before bed, to help you relax.
