A little about Sophie West, our yoga teacher for our Wellness Day.
My passion has always been in the heart of Health & Wellness, finding ways to guide others to bring out the best happiest, healthiest & balanced self from within.
I instantly fell in love with Yoga after attending my first Yoga class, then searched for workshops, retreats and festivals. Before training to teach. Yoga just gave me that freedom and empowerment I needed. Every time I roll out my mat, everything else just fades away and it feels like home. Nurturing your mind and body, connecting back to your true self, pressing reset at any time. Along my Yoga journey, I have connected to some truly inspirational teachers and friends that guided and supported me along the way, sharing their knowledge and the life changing benefits of Yoga, which has led me to teach others the strengths and connections Yoga brings to us as individuals.
I believe Yoga can be practiced by anyone and everyone to heal, connect, bring lightness, focus, balance, strength, freedom, self-love, confidence, empowerment and so much more to each and everyone. . All You need is motivation to step on that mat.

A little more about Karen Janes - Meditation class
Karen is an experienced practitioner of energy healing and is proud to be one of a very small number of practitioners of The Honey Healing Method, worldwide. She is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, a Reiki Master and Teacher and a Master Teacher Member of the UK Reiki Federation.
These sessions aim to take the mystery out of meditation and combine learning specific meditation practices, guided visualisation and periods of quiet for self-guided meditation. There are many reported health benefits associated with meditation and meditating in a group can help focus and concentration.
