Fake Bake Spray Tanning

Fake Bake gives an instant sun-kissed colour and develops into a long lasting sunless fake tan by combining naturally derived tanning agents DHA and Erythulose ­ guaranteeing longer lasting (up to 50% longer), more natural-looking results. We have developed botanical ingredients to remove parabens and artificial preservatives.

 

For best results exfoliate before and after your tan

Before your tan, whilst bathing apply Fake bake Passion Fruit Body Polish paying attention to your hands, elbows, knees, ankles and feet. This is a soapless product which will leave no reidue on the skin. You will be left with soft, smooth skin which is the perfect starting point for a spary tan.

Before:

We recommend you come in and have a patch test of you have sensitive skin and have never used any self tanning products before.

Do not use any other self tanning products for a week before your treatment

Wax or shave at least 24 hours prior to treatment

On the day of your fake bake treatment, do not wear any makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils or lotions

Wear loose, dark clothing and flip flops

 

During:

You will be given sticky soles that temporarily adhere to the bottom of your feet to stop your feet discolouring

Your Fake Bake tan will then be applied

 

After:

immediately after your tan:

Wear loose clothing

Keep skin dry, avoid water contact

Do not apply any products over the developing tan

Allow tan to develop for at least 6 to 8 hours (overnight if possible)

Avoid other beauty/hair treatments whilst tan is developing

Avoid acivities that make you perspire

Drink hot drinks through a straw as contact with a hot cup can strip colour from your lips

Toothpaste can also strip colour from around your lips

After your tan has developed:

Wash off the remaining colour with warm water. Once the water runs clear, gently wash yourself with a mild soap

Chlorine will prematurely fade your tan

5 to 7 days after your tan we recommend you gently exfoliate with Fake Bake passion fruit body polish. Repeat this every 2 days thereafter to ensure your tan fades evenly
